These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ContentHarvest ("Service"). By using ContentHarvest, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

ContentHarvest provides tools for scheduling and publishing social media content. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the terms of service of any connected social media platforms.

Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of ContentHarvest complies with Instagram's, Twitter's, Reddit's, and other platforms' Terms of Service. ContentHarvest uses official APIs and does not encourage policy violations, but content decisions are yours alone.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must be 16 or older to use ContentHarvest
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must provide accurate registration information
You are responsible for keeping your password secure
You must not share your account credentials with third parties (VA access is handled via team seats)

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ContentHarvest to:

Publish spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
Infringe on copyrights or intellectual property rights
Harass, threaten, or abuse others
Scrape content in violation of source platform terms
Publish content promoting illegal activities, hate speech, or violence
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the ContentHarvest platform
Resell access to ContentHarvest without our written permission

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of content you create and publish. ContentHarvest claims no ownership over your content. By using the Service, you grant ContentHarvest a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

Scraped content from third-party platforms belongs to its original creators. You are responsible for ensuring your use of such content complies with applicable copyright law and platform policies.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed by Stripe. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your billing dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTENTHARVEST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
