Do I need a credit card to start?

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you're billed pro-rata for the remainder of the month.

What counts as a "social account"?

Each Instagram Business Account connected to the platform counts as one social account. Personal accounts are not currently supported.

Is posting via the official Meta API actually safer?

Yes. We exclusively use the official Meta Content Publishing API — the same API used by Buffer, Later, and Hootsuite. There is zero risk of account action from using ContentHarvest to post.

What platforms do you support?

Currently Instagram (via Meta Graph API) with TikTok on the Pro plan. Twitter/X scheduling is coming Q2 2025.
